How To Add A User Photo/Avatar

April 20th, 2012 by

Now you can add a picture or photo (avatar) to your Thirty Days Project Profile. Here’s how:

Prepare an image that will represent you in the comments and other sections of the Thirty Days Project site. It could be a portrait photo or any image you hold the copyright to. The maximum width and/or height is 50 pixels. Yes, that is tiny.

Name your file “myTDPavatar.jpg” or something similarly easy to remember.

Log in to Thirty Days Project and click on Profile in the Dashboard.

Scroll to the bottom, click on Choose File and select your avatar.
Don’t forget to click on Update Profile or this will all have been for naught.

Alternatively, you can sign up with Gravatar (it’s free) and have one pic that follows you from blog to blog. Many Thirty Days Project participants already use Gravatar.
